Rosenberg City Council Meeting

November 15, 2016
7:00pm – 8:00pm

Our animals need your attendance and participation to express your concerns to the officials in Rosenberg. The animals want to live. Regardless of species, all animals want to live!
In this case, dogs are cats are the victims here in the city shelter.

With the Chief of Police’a adamant choice of not using Save Rate, a nationally accepted guiding principle that could help Rosenberg Animal Shelter to efficiently reduce unnecessary killing of sheltered pets, the public has plenty of questions.

How is the shelter staff and the responsible management fulfill the purpose of the new mission statement of taking ” proactive measures to place stray and abandoned animals in adoptive homes while operating and maintaining a shelter for those in need.” ?

How does the shelter staff know how to consistently measure performance of the operation in terms of similar demographics, size and efforts made? How do they form strategies to improve weaknesses and expand strengths?

What is the road map? How does Chief plan to lead the shelter to modernization and save more lives?
