The City Council is trying to remove Laura Knizner from the Animal Advisory Board.
Police Chief Warren, on behalf of the council requested Laura to resign. Reasons given are completely deficient in facts, proof and are pure hearsay with personal opinions from the council and others.

After Laura declined the request, she is summoned to go into executive session with the council in the next meeting (9/20/2016). Decisions may be made then.
Executive session usually takes place at the end of the night after all the agenda items have been discussed.

We ARE asking for your support for Laura who has been a very responsible, dedicated and involved adviser to the animal shelter and its staff.She has spent a lot of her time to help organize and work adoption events for the shelter and at the shelter. Her monetary donations to the shelter enabled multiple animals to be altered, to sleep on karunda beds and to have beautiful harnesses and other equipment at adoption events.
