City of Stafford needs the BEST ORDINANCE for our shelter animals. Provisisons to allow life saving programs and postive outcomes of our animals is a must .

Some of the recommendations are:
1) to induce shelter pet adoption ( right now it says they can die after 3 days).
2) to add a proper definition of community cats.
3) to Include Governance of Dangerous Dogs in Section 10-111.
